Healthy Banana Pancakes
When you are trying to be healthy and fail miserably. Let’s make these delicious and super easy banana pancakes.
1 ripped banana
120 gr all purpose flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp olive oil
topping of your choise (ours was Nutella)
In a bowl, mash the ripped banana and add the egg. Whisk it a bit and then add the flour, the cinnamon and the olive oil. Cook in a non stick pan in high temperature for 1-2 minutes each side.
